How does the custom design process work?

After placing your order, you'll tell us about your favorite colors, hobbies, interests, aesthetic, and any specific charms you'd like included. From there we will use your selections to create a one-of-a-kind CHRM'D case.

Can I request specific charms?

Absolutely! While charm availability may vary, we will do our best to include your requested charms or similar alternatives.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is handmade to order. Current processing time is approximately 5-10 business days, plus shipping time. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I'll make it right.
